Neurodesign at Work
Our team specializes in neurodesign--an emerging field of design that connects neuroscience and the study of behavioral responses to the built environment--to optimize clients’ cognitive, social and physical wellbeing in shared spaces. We factor emerging data from psychology, organizational development and social work to create spaces that inspire healthy habits and build resilience through sustainable, human-centered design.
Wiring the Brain for Wellness
Based on the science of habit formation and emerging data on brain plasticity, we design organic moments of pause, reflection and gratitude, connection and creation at work. Like cardiac rhythms and brain waves, ultradian rhythms are measurable, observable, quantifiable physiological patterns that your body must maintain in order to operate properly.

Sanctuary Spaces for Rest & Recharge
Our santuary spaces are optimized for rest and recharge. We integrate biophilia with multisensory design elements to reset the brain and body.
While these spaces are designed for everyone, they serve as optimal points of refuge for neurodivergent employees, who are often unaccommodated in the workplace.
Experiencing Collective Joy Through Design
Our joy lounges are designed to inspire colleagues to connect and build trust, serving as a kind of ‘third place’ at work.
These spaces are representative of diverse cultures to create a sense of belonging and community in the workplace.
Innovation Hubs that Invite Collaboration
Our innovation spaces inspire collaboration and innovation through movement, play and quick prototyping. These spaces create new neural connections and enhance employees’ ability to focus, connect and think outside of the box.
